Terms and Conditions
- Each artist is responsible for the transportation of all artwork to and from the exhibition.
- La Galleria Pall Mall will handle the installation and set-up of the exhibition as well as sales during the exhibition and repacking of any unsold work at the end of the show.
- Artworks are to be clearly labelled on the packaging with the artist's name and title of the artwork.
- Each Artist is permitted to display business cards/other promotional material.
- La Galleria Pall Mall will take 10% commission on artwork sales.
- There will be an additional charge of 3% of the sale price for payments taken via credit card machine.
- The artwork(s) must be the participant’s own work.
- All works submitted must be available for sale.
- Artists by participating hereby warrant that he/she has full title to the artwork submitted.
- Every participant agrees to pass to the Organisers all rights to use an image of his/her artwork(s) for publication and communication without any payment as long as its use is not damaging and/or intended to damage his/her reputation as an artist.
- The participant will ensure that the artwork(s) made available by the participant for the RAP2021 Exhibition will remain available for the entire period of the Prize Exhibition.
- The participant must grant the Organisers of the RAP reproduction rights over the artwork(s) submitted to create a catalogue, archive the images of submitted artworks and publicize the artworks on the website and in any other form of communication chosen by the organizers.
- Any photo and video material will remain the property of the participant but may be used by the RAP organisers to promote the Prize and sales of the art.
- The Organisers will not be liable in any way for any Content in our website provided by the participant or for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of any content transmitted and the participant agrees to bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy or completeness of such content.
- The participants agree not to post, publish, distribute or disseminate material or information that incites discrimination, hate or violence towards any person or group on account of their race, religion, disability, nationality or otherwise; or use any information or material connected to the prize in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary right of any party.
- The artist agrees to bear all cost associated with the production of his/her work of art for the RAP Exhibition.
- Artwork(s) must be completed in time for the installation and display.
- All works must be insured by the artist participating.
- Due to space limitations, all artworks and customer property must be collected within 14 days of the end of the exhibition/event, failure to do so will incur daily storage charges. The gallery will not be held responsible for any loses incurred.
